Pros

1. Salary is on time

Cons

1. Even a three-day leave is approved by the CEO. Directors are just puppets and although they have the sense of power they have no power. 2. Working after workhours is considered normal and you will be questioned if you are not staying late in office or not working over weekends. 3. All posts shared in their website and LinkedIN are about the CEO, the greater team behind is never praised except for some posts on the boss's favourite staffs 4. Salary is too low compared to the workload 5. No insurance is provided for ground workers/drivers 6. They are more into creating a brand for themselves rather than working on the cause of "Road Safety"

Pros

Genuinely impactful work, warm and approachable colleagues across all levels, a strong culture of celebration and camaraderie, opportunities to learn from everyone's experience, and you feel part of something bigger than yourself.

Cons

The corporate policies feel a bit rigid for an organization driven by a social mission. The workload can also get repetitive at times, though people genuinely try to make time to guide and support you despite their own heavy workloads.

Pros

A highly disciplined organization that is deeply committed to creating meaningful impact. Despite having a lean team, there is strong collaboration and close connectivity with the leadership team. The leadership is approachable, accommodating, and genuinely values diversity and inclusion. During my initial days, the organization gave me a strong sense of belonging and felt very welcoming - almost like home.

Cons

Nothing as such so far, everything has been going really well.
