AMAZING company with great people. As a woman I am even more proud to work for such a great woman leader. There are not enough good women leaders in our industry and I feel lucky that I am getting a chance to work for one. I have always found Manika to be personally caring and involved with her team and going out of her way to take care of them. If anyone on our team needs something, she ensures that she takes care of them. I worked for a large company before joining Saturn 3 years ago and it has been a breath of fresh air to work for have a boss who is so human and at the same time so successful. I take a lot of pride in working for Manika and Saturn and the fact that every year we are ranked #1 partner at AT&T (out of over 800 partners). This is no easy feat by any means and is a great testament to Manika's inspiring leadership and work ethic that drives the results we need to continue to stay at the top. I LOVE being a part of this winning team. I am so glad that Manika has very low tolerance for non performers and that she fires non-performing sales reps, just like any smart CEO would. It is wonderful to work for a CEO who takes such good care of her employees. It is no surprise that so many of the Saturn employees have been there for several years.

The negative comments left by this person are downright lies. All Saturn employees are well aware of who wrote those comments (an ex-employee who was fired and sued by Saturn due to his unethical behavior). Manika is an extremely ethical person who runs her business with very high ethical standards so it was no shock to all of us when she fired this rep once she found out what he had been up to). Saturn has terrific reputation in the industry and with the AT&T teams because we ensure that we that we always do the right thing. It appears to me that this person leaving the negative comments has an issue with successful women and female leaders. That's a shame that in this day and age us women still have to deal with such misogynistic attitudes!!!!

Hires and promises uncapped commissions.

Payroll pays late and short. Commissions are a guess, no sales register. Keeping it simple and brief, this is not a company to work for.
