Nothing, to be honest nothing . If you are a teacher you can go for it . Only teachers and higher post employees get respect and others are trash according to them .
Cons
1. Timing: 10am to 9 pm Tuesday to Sunday, when Mock strats 8.30 am to 9 /10 pm . They actually want you to work 24*7. 2. Toxic environment : manager and head HRs are the worst they mange to to give you their own multiple works and take credit for it like a shameless person . Behave rudly like you are servant to them and lucky enough to work with them . Also managers stop your growth and doest submit your name for promotion for their own benefit that much envy and audacity them have . 3. Low salary based on your work: you work for 24*7 and if you talk about salary increase HRs will ignore you if it's a peak season and will obviously fire you when pead season is over even if you talk about salary or not . 4. No leave : you will have to work till you die . Mark my words. They tend to cancel your weekoff on peak season. 5. Unnecessary sheet update: Manager and SSR will make to update 1 topic or thing to 1000 sheets . Mostly SSR decide this but manager doest even make a sound about it because they don't have to doit you will have to do it , I remember working for past 12 pm , can you imagine! And then they seal your credit from them . đź‘Ź 6. Reviews: all the reviews you see on Google or other platforms these are the all teacher and managers, when they see that their reviews are getting bad force them to write good reviews. 7. Job security: this topic is laughable to be , they fire Ops executive like a game , no matter what if you are about to cross a year or less you should know you will be fired no matter what ! They don't want you to grow or increase your salary .
