Pros
The team of fellow CSRs and Sales Managers are incredibly helpful and friendly people. The office and its environment is modern and clean, and there are several helpful extra benefits that the company offers, such as language courses, transit pass, fitness options, etc.
Cons
Higher management is trying to collect all of the workload into the Budapest office without significant changes in compensation. As a result, the CSR team is overworked and underpaid, with seemingly no plan to change this in a positive direction anytime in the foreseeable future.
