Pros
Improvements in the benefits. Death in Service, private healthcare, increased holiday from 23 to 25 days as default; still only statutory sick pay. If in London, lovely office at the Shard and excellent transport links. The ERG initiatives are really good, particularly around what they do with the local schools. A few people trying to do the right thing.
Cons
Too many! Culture not great - blame game, no ownership; delivery is poor and you work long hours with little reward - moving targets with regards to bonus. Disconnect between departments, feeling of sell and we will figure it out, not great for the customer. Many new starters do not stay very long (mainly the good ones leave) and lots leave within a year or so which is telling - redundancies to drive cheaper resources in to off-shore locations or roles merged to save costs. Promises get made to the staff and they fail to deliver, example office closures, unlimited holiday, work from anywhere. PE company influence is very telling, hit targets at all costs regardless of the people fall out. Advice: Avoid unless you want to get some SAP exposure on your resume.
