There is clear bias. Lack of opportunity, professional development. This company does not deliver on its software or promises to its employees. There is a clear lack of DEI, racism, HR is both complacent and ineffective. No work life balance because people are not paid well, recognized or supported. Low pay because only management gets bonuses and hire their friends

Old technology - easy to learn - nothing modern or complicated No true innovation - no need to support clients - told only big customers matter Contractors make more than actual employees Retention numbers are based on acquired employees
