Quite flexible working hours there

Just a few good English-speaking people so hard to communicate

I have been with the company for 3 and a half years now. I am very happy with work and the conditions here. The company is mostly still a startup and everyone deals with a lot of different technologies. The technological stack is very modern, there is a lot of room for development and innovation. The hierarchy is pretty flat, there is a huge sense of ownership among the team members.

As mentioned, the firm is still a startup, things break more often then in a 'corporation'. You may have to fix something in off-work hours, although this is very rare and goes along with great flexibility when you need to not work in usual work hours.
