You will work for every single penny. The sales pressure isn't as high as other companies but the systems and processes will make your life miserable. While other banks are actually going paperless and making it easier to perform maintenance and other transactions, Santander is going the opposite direction. Everything takes so long to execute and you need so many documents just to complete one task. The pay is decent but there is a reason why people don't even last a year in this company.
