-relative freedom and entrepreneurial mind -good atmosphere overall -very smart people to work with

Cons

-lack of comunication from senior management -lack of investment in people, technology, etc... -pressure and budgets as in an investment bank and wages as in a comercial local one.

Bonus based on performance. The company always put on events for the employees. Great work environment

Work long days. And sometimes weekends. Not much room for growth
