Managers and colleagues were really supportive. Everyone was there to help you whenever you needed. I could reach out to any team leaders with whom I felt comfortable to discuss my concerns or express my opinion.
Cons
This position gave me limited ownership, and processes need to be followed to ensure safety. So it might not be a good fit for people who are into creative activities.
