Pros
Santa Rosa employs the best and brightest! I work along side very seasoned professionals who don't take themselves too seriously, but offer clients a vast amount of knowledge and experience. Once in awhile a bad apple gets through, but doesn't last in the trenches long.
Cons
As in any virtual firm, communication is sometimes lacking. Leadership does recognize this and takes steps to rectify. Sales needs to be realistic in deliverables when client "wants" something that isn't realistic.
