The Politics at times are a turn off

Good health insurance and a lot of holidays.

Just about everything else. Favoritism and cronyism. I was instructed to make things "harder" for certain people and consultants. Management will walk a fine line of legality and find ways to achieve their own end. I think the people in charge, the management, are horrible people.
