      Great product that works well and is environmentally friendly

      Cons

      Terrible management. They have been known to approve vacation time then last minute take away that because they feel an employee needs to be working. Unrealistic expectations when it comes to working hours and a work/like balance

      Sansin is a leader in enviro friendly wood finishing and the wood building industry is growing - sales reps have a great opportunity to grow with the company and achieve exciting sales goals. Nice customers. Great branding and merchandising. Product is highly valued and respected in the industry. For those who like fast paced, high growth settings.

      With any high growth company, change is to be expected and so it's for those who can adapt and are flexible in a fast changing industry.

      Great products that perform. Budding company that is growing. They really let you be successful if you apply yourself.

      Cons

      Travel is over 50% and territories are very large. Lots of paperwork.
