Beer in the kitchen and kitchen was always stacked with snacks. Nice gym in the building. Casual work environment.

Where do I begin? Two meetings with engineers overseas each week will drive you nuts, especially when one meeting is at 9 PM. Witnessed the CEO Andy (one of the rare days he was in the office and not out golfing) chastise the controller of the office for not having enough snacks in the kitchen. Responsibilities keep adding up with no pay raise, performance review, or anything. The stock options they offered are useless unless they sell their company. No company events or very rare team lunches. Holiday party was a joke (just had some clients in the office). Most workers are older than 40, work with their heads down, no one is sociable.
