Pros

- As it is a small scale organization can Prosper through self interest in learning the engineering advancements in PEB and BIM.

Cons

- They make a 2lacsINR-3yrs agreement/bond and make you feel like you are a slave for them. - They don't pay you salary for first 3months and have to work free for them. - Be ready to work for more than 10-14hrs without any extra pay for the extra work. - Salary is very less and less hike in salary on yearly appraisal 1st year-10000INR CTC but they give you 6500INR 2nd year-17000INR CTC but they give you 13600INR 3rd year-20000INR CTC but they give you 17300INR. -They take 750INR from your CTC as a training fee till 3yrs and don't teach anything as the higher ordinates may feel you will grow better than him/her. - Have to work in monthly rotational shifts and they give you worst canteen food to eat yourself. - Not a good working environment with the higher ordinates and you may feel like they are dictating you only to recognize them and only they wanna grow. - This kpo makes a huge income by "$ or €" from projects but pays very less INR salary which we can't even lead a normal life. - If you work for 10 to 12hrs+ and with a good performance as they required they may add extra 1k-2k for CTC.

Pros

Many positives to mention, but here are a few key highlights: Opportunities for learning and growth through skill certifications, excellent detailing processes, a safe work environment, supportive colleagues, openness to feedback with actionable responses, a strong focus on quality, robust technical capabilities, team happiness, and active employee engagement.

Cons

Limited focus on business expansion into new areas like Rebar detailing, piping, etc. Given the organization's strong experience and expertise, there is significant potential to strategically open new branches in other cities, which could further enhance growth opportunities.
