Pros
Good benefits Thats all I can say, A few good caring managers that actually want to help their employees.
Cons
loyalty-0 Which I suppose is true for many businesses today, sadly. Management is poor and lead by people who choose to instill fear in mistakes rather than create learning opportunities and growth which makes for a very poor work environment. Certain departments are looked down on and treated differently instead of everyone working as a team and the leadership allows it to continue which again creates a poor work environment. Always favoritism over fairness Employees would work put in extra time during snowstorms or when there wasn't enough coverage (because the hiring process was terrible, or they weren't hiring more people even though they needed them.) and would make a mistake and then be penalized for it. I've seen this happen over and over again. The company does not care for all of the employees the same. They waste money on so many things and it isn't the employees. Management will hold employees back from growth in new roles purposely because they have no one to replace them, this happens to often and shows how poorly they staff and care about the employees.
