Pros
People are by far the best thing about Genzyme. Smart, motivated, caring, and collaborative.
Cons
Salaries seem to be on the low end of the spectrum and there isn't a stock purchase program. At my level, stock shares/RSU's are awarded. Now that Genzyme is part of Sanofi, there is also a lot more red tape and bureaucracy to deal with
