      Pros

      Pay is good, rental cars are not that great. Low possibility to advance in career as there are lots of old school people working in the company for too many years. Can be able to switch between departments

      Cons

      Even you're a pharma company health insurance was not that great. Rental cars are downgraded, going through paid bridges will be deducted from salary

      Pros

      Nice people to work with, not too pushy from direct supervisor

      Cons

      Pay is not as high as other big pharma, work culture starting to become toxic. We are starting to get more and more micromanaged in terms of needing to log exact work hours in the work computer. That becomes difficult when you are lab facing and not always on your laptop
