You can test your limits by dealing with situations you are handed with no experience and no training. Leave a good impression and the high turnover will get you contacts at companies where you can build a career.
Cons
Pure nepotism at the HSV plant. Horrible stuff happens to protect and promote management's family members regardless of competency. Customers hate this. SJ Executive management either doesn't know or turns a blind eye.
