Good 1st level mgmt, supervisors and hard working people.
Cons
Reactionary and very cheap upper management. Many decisions require multiple levels of micro-management. They gain customers by extreme overpromising. They lose customers when they can't fulfill promises. Employees unappreciated so morale is very low. HR performs inquisitions. High turnover. Many good employees leave as soon as possible due to low potential for raises or advancement. No general wage increase in over 6 years, though promised many times. They target low wage workers through temp agency and engineers with H1-B.
