Pros
The benefits were good. But it means nothing when there are people determined to ruin your career and leave you without a means to make a living. It's not worth the risk.
Cons
Grievances are ignored. Period. Favoritism is paramount. Emails from HR at 12 inthe evening. Endless meetings to set unreasonable KPIs. I needed therapy to recover a sense of wellbeing.
