Pros

I gained valuable hands-on experience, supportive colleagues, flexible working environment, helpful mentors, and exposure to real projects.

Cons

The internship mainly provided experience in corporate interiors, limiting exposure to other areas. Stipend payments were often delayed, and overtime work was occasionally required to meet deadlines.

Pros

There are some very old employees, who are very sweet and helpful. Quality of work and working condition are good with some of the seniors.

Cons

IF you want to work here, please make sure all the details are mentioned in your employment letter - every single detail related to salary structure, (get it checked by your CA), work, allowances etc. Here are some of the things to be cautious of - 1. You will be given slow outdated computers, broken laptops, without proper software. Harddrives, pendrives disabled. 2. Travel in buses & trains for long outstation journeys (24 hrs+). IF you want to travel by air, you will bear the costs. You will be forced to travel whenever, wherever they want, no early information - sometimes they may even shout at you inappropriately. 3. The travel allowance when travelling is Rs. 150 per day - for all your meals and local travel. IF you eat more - pay for it yourself. 4. Your tasks & bosses will change every week or months - good luck doing a satisfactory job and explaining anything in the appraisal (if it ever happens). 5. Appraisals may not happen for years and years. 6. Salaries don't happen for months and months - but they deduct money from salary if you are ever late to work. So you have to get an attendance sheet signed from your boss every month - like you did from your teacher in school. 7. There is never any money of anything you are expected to accomplish - no budgets. 8. They will ask you to do something - and go do something completely different behind your back - try to keep up. 9. Taxes and PF etc. is deducted from your salary, but not paid to govt. on time. This has happened several times. 10. There is a very complicated leave system - which means, you can never take leaves, and if you do, they will call you constantly. 11. If and when you leave the company, your full and final will be not done - some people waited for over a year. I am not even beginning to describe the quality of work. They will promise you the world, but you will later see what is what. These are some things from the very long list of disasters which you will have to endure if you work here.
