Pros
- As a company, they're great. Corporate trainings are informative and well lead - Employee discounts are amazing (Usually 50%, and on occasion 50% + 30% off) - Commission can increase base-pay significantly depending on tier - Provided wardrobe each season
Cons
- Management is very poor due to the buddy system put in place by the district manager - There is no real management training provided - You either receive a promotion from being a friend of the district manager, or you brown nose until you do - Hard work, dedication, and loyalty do not seem to be a criteria - Upper management ruins the brand image and the reputation of the store - Upper management protect their friends and cover up/do not report their wrongdoings - Payroll is often incorrect - miscalculated commissions, hours, etc.
