Pros
Good Systems, Fast Growing division with presence in 100+ countries makes Supply Chain Management a challenging job. Lot of learning opportunities at senior level too. The ERP system is fantastic.
Cons
Same Old and incompetent people working in same departments for more than 10+ years and having senior designation due to number of years rather than capabilities or knowledge base. The salary is low compared to FMCG for management staff who joined from premier B-schools.
