      Culture is there if you enjoy golfing and lake country. Training can be hit and miss. Great idea of a business.

      Cons

      Be careful what they sell you up front though and make sure if anything is said to happen be sure to get it in some sort of documentation.

      Pros

      Great team. always room to grow. Asking questions is highly encouraged. They do summits/trainings to develop life/mental skills to grow as a person, both everyday and professionally. Truly examined your professional and personal growth, annually to determine fair and appropriate compensation.

      Cons

      Hard to branch out to other specialties. Some management styles are more aggressive/dominant. Change sometimes takes awhile.
