      - Good market product as VR is gaining global traction amongst the general public - Employees get to play the games at discounted rate - Constant updating of games to ensure replay value

      Cons

      - Little to no career progression - Promised a lot but delivered little imo (number of games to be released per year)

      It's fun; you can learn a lot, and you can meet people.

      Cons

      Management is horrible; we're not able to receive new batteries so the store can operate properly & have consistent tech issues.
