I love the people at Magnolia the patients the employees it's a great atmosphere to work I'm just ready for something bigger and better in my life that pays more .

The pay scale doesn't really go up and a lot of the holiday pay is got taken away and people are always calling off it's hard to keep good help.

Great residents and some great staff

Not a corperation, so there isn't a set discipline plan. If you are liked, then nothing to worry about. If you make administrator upset, you will be gone.
