      Pros

      Majority of people are nice. There is a gym and cafeteria on the premises, they allow 100% work from home.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive. Vacation allowance is not competitive. Hiring decisions remain questionable. Stuck in time warp of referrals, friends, family, social circle.
