Worst place to work, so many bullies.Not welcoming place for a new starter.
Day1 & 2, those were training days which were good, Day 3&4 was a nightmare, Put on a slow machine for a starter, then moved to a faster machine and if you not doing things correctly, team leaders start shouting at you, agency staff shout at you also. If you disagree, they start talking in their own language about you. People that have been working there for 2 years and above feel threatened by you starting off.
Managers and seniors just overlook it.
Working on a 12 hour shift from 6am to 6pm, you only allowed 2 breaks. One at 8:30am for 45min and the other at 1pm for 30minutes. Constant bullying from seniors. Training is just for the sake of it, I was told in training that every 30minutes we should change place of work when working on a line, many older staff does not want to leave their comfort zone and seniors overlook that, for a new starter, you could be stuck at the same place for 2 hours.
