      95% of students are good.

      Cons

      Part of the Unity Schools Partnership Trust. Poor financial management. Threats of redundancy. Deteriorating behavior of students. Lack of support from SLT. Lack of direction at trust and school level. Poor CPD program. Teachers not valued. Inability to retain staff. Fails to abide by its own value system.
