This place is run like a small business. No work life balance. They believe work first family second. There is no room for growth and they don't promote. HR is non existent and they don't follow policies. Culture is really terrible, please do your research on culture. No work life Balance Lay off yearly Management is lacking. Managers, are allowed to talk down to their employees and make them cry. They only care about numbers.
