Pros
This scheme was great, the HR team are really committed to your development in the year you are in the business. I found the overall culture and office vibe to be very welcoming and a good work environment. I learnt a lot over the year and was given real responsibility in important projects, my team always had my best interests in mind.
Cons
Only con I would say is that the experience of the placements really differed depending on what team they were placed within, in this manner it really was luck of the draw. Some teams used all of the company benefits like volunteering days whilst others didn’t, some teams came in to the office regularly whereas some were less connected, some managers seemed to be more invested in their placement’s journey and so on.
