Unstable - Unhappy and Looking Elsewhere Sampled Employee Review

This company is very unpredictable. Which is very disappointing because the overall goal is very good. Unfortunately the executive team is very subpar, uninvolved, uninterested. Their lack of knowledge about the functions they support is very surprising. They don’t like each other and are often part of company politics. There is no clear direction so there is often a lot of turnover. I’ve seen employees hired, laid off, hired again and on the next layoff. It’s a mess!
