Work environment is friendly, stable and no pressure

Difference in salaries for same position, no promotions, too many promise for increment, no specific scope for departments, too many relationships hiring, religious beliefs matter, contractors have the upper hand, no unified plan every manager runs his own, managers are like stronghold area of power in instructions and system, too many hiring with no experience enough, no extra money rather than 4 half salaries a year

Almost nothing positive about them

I worked as a finishing contractor at their Pyramids Heights project in Giza and have submitted my invoices to them almost 3 years ago and not received any payments so far bearing in mind the huge inflation in Egypt economy which cause me a huge loss of my money value. DONT TRUST THEM. They are scammers.
