Terrible management. Discrimination, favorites. The managers favorites get promoted and the least favorites treated less than human. No raises. Hard to close, you have 15 minutes to close the whole store with 2 people. Opening crew also expects you to prepare them to open. You are not paid more for this, or are you rewarded in any way. The most you will get is a compliment
