Pros

Minimum wage is 15 for select locations

Cons

As a part time associate, they still make you work 40 hours. Management literally does nothing. Team Leads some how manage to do less than management. They will make you work every department there despite you being hired for one specific department. They claim to give you quarterly bonuses of 600 plus dollars, I worked there 2 years and got two bonuses for the amount of 103 dollars and another for just under 200 dollars. They will you like an animal, make you work off the clock, make you stay past you scheduled off time to do someone else's job and if you complain their response is " you have to do whatever I say" total abuse of power. The club manager acts like he has no idea what's going on when issues get brought up despite you making the complaints to every manager there. They refuse to give you time off when you request days. The pick favorites. If you work hard you don't get what you deserve, instead they ignore the people that don't do their job and literally make you do everything and will right you up if you complain. As a part time associate I worked 40 hours every week and was refused a fulltime position twice, was told that I needed to train our new hires because I was the best at the job even though that is part of team leads reasonability and the fact that they get paid at least 7 dollars more an hour than me, I still had to do everything he/she was suppose to do. They will make you go "help" a team lead in another department when actually you are doing all the work and the lead is literally just standing there doing nothing for hours and if you make a comment you will get punished with more work in another department. They make you work your off days, whether its for your department or a department they are suppose to take care of because they don't want to do any work. Put it this way, if you work hard, you will 100 percent be taken advantage of, used for ever bit you have to offer and when you call out for any reason, they hold it over your head the entire time you work there and fire you the first chance they get. Oh and they even made me lift heavy objects alone with and injured arm and wrapped/injured hand, also making me operate a fork lift with the same conditions with zero regard for my safety or anyone elses. Dont do it

Pros

At the corporate level, the benefits and compensation are excellent. Colleagues at the producer level are standout teammates, talented, collaborative, and genuinely invested in the company's success. They consistently bring forward meaningful contributions and make the day-to-day work rewarding.

Cons

"Chaos" is not a word I'm using loosely. It's the word echoed across teams, including outside of Experience and Product. Leadership operates in a constant state of upheaval: frequent role changes, structural reorganizations, and strategy pivots that are implemented without any clear plan or consideration of cross-team impact. Incredibly talented people are let go as a result of poor leadership and people management decisions. There is no real culture of mentorship above the senior manager level. Leadership above the senior manager level made clear that mentorship isn't their responsibility and that you're expected to figure it out on your own, despite the company having training resources available. That disconnect is telling.
