Pros

Decent pay, half hour lunch plus breaks, free basic membership, nice coworkers.

Cons

VERY stressful , never get breaks on time, pressure you to sell premium memberships all day everyday. Even pressure you to get it yourself. If you don't sell at least two premium memberships and premium renewals they would pull you in and talk to you aka "coaching". First one is a warning second one they right you up and make you type in on the computer how to improve yourself. After your first right up you're dream of moving to other areas of the store which are much easier with better pay is over. After the fourth or fifth one you are fired all while getting your hours reduced.

Pros

The pay is good and so are the benefits.

Cons

This is the worst job I have ever had. I made it 3 weeks before leaving and never coming back. They had me working 12 hour shifts when I was scheduled for 8 but couldn’t leave because I wasn’t finished with the large workload they piled on me. There was absolutely no teamwork, our manager just abandoned us so they could go hang out with their friends. There was no organization, no structure. 100% sure my manager never even knew my name. They had us breaking down pallets just to restack them. There are no consequences for management at all, they can basically do whatever they want and nobody is gonna do anything to stop it. If they're short they throw you into different departments with no training.
