Pros

Healthcare plans Store Membership Investment opportunities

Cons

A couple of the cons Highly unrealistic amount and level of work for pay. Chemical Burns and very dry skin. Poor Conditions and ruined clothes. Smelling bad and being wet for a lot of the day. Carrying and lifting thousands of pounds of meat. Working Full time with no flexibility even as part time. may only receive like a .50 cent raise a year. The company will do everything to keep you from progressing and moving elsewhere and trapped in this job position if you're in it. You can face a lot of toxicity and fake people being in this position regularly. There are many tasks that you're required to do and a lot of different work that should be separate paid jobs all together.

Pros

Good pay, less stressful than many kitchen jobs, guaranteed break times no matter what, good benefits

Cons

Communicating with managers is almost impossible. There are too many managers, and they are unaware of what the other ones do. The lead who writes my schedule changes constantly and I get a schedule that doesnt even make sense Ill go a week or more without seeing them (Different shifts they are at another store etc) and when I finally do talk to them they tell me to ignore what the app says. When I do that it dings me on points that affect how much PTO i accrue.
