The employees and managers. It takes both to make a fun and fair work environment. Most employees focus on doing their job, do what's expected and help others. Most of the managers focus on doing what is fair and show they care. The pay varies depending on your job. In sales the longer your here the more money you can make if you come to work and work. Fun department activities. Lots of food.
Cons
It's the car business, sometimes the hours are long and sometimes sales are slower. You just need to learn how to work smarter and harder.
