All reviews here sound like written by the same person, most likely someone from HR at Salv. It’s a pity that some companies so things like this. If you really think you’ve got a great culture, you shouldn’t have issues seeing real unbiased feedback about yourself.

Glassdoor is totally useless. It claims to have 17 insights on salaries at Salv but in reality there’s none. And their design choice to put a widget with a random forum thread posing as a discussion among employees of a particular company is lame and makes the website illegible.

Family friendly workplace, colleagues support you, management is open and willing to hear your ideas. You have a lot of freedom and ability to take responsibility. There's an opportunity to plan your days and work fully remotely.

Some teams in the company are struggling in delivering what is expected.
