      Can be fun. Good discount. Good incentives.

      Cons

      No life outside of Sally beauty supply. Doesn't pay well. The company doesn't provide enough hours for the shop, therefore a lot of time working alone. Can be really overwhelming. High turnover. They hire part-time workers and make them work full-time without full-time benefits.

      Scheduling and the hours of operations is great for a work life balance.
