Takes advantage of employees - Sales Associate Sally Beauty Employee Review

This company does take advantage of their employees. I started working here and loved it, but when I started learning how to open there have been several instances where I have had to come in on my day off to pick up a set of keys and when I told my manager that I was frustrated that I had to make a 30 minute drive to pick up a set of keys I was told to just "suck it up, its just part of the job." my TM was in the backroom and overheard the whole conversation and said nothing. So clearly the company does not care about their employees.
