Misleading & Poor management store level & district manager - Retail Sales Associate Sally Beauty Employee Review

Micromanage to the point of extreme stress & pressure was lied to about being promoted instead of looking at a year of excellent work and number 1 on making sales she changed it to looking at 1 week that I slacked on & promoted a woman that hadn't even been employed there a month. I feel that because I'm not just a push over she didn't want me to have it. Also she became buddy buddy with the newer employee so she promoted on the basis of friendship and someone she could push around and Micromanage instead of the skills and loyalty to Sallys.
