> toxic culture > yelling and shouting is common for senior management in Product Development dept, including the CTO > a lot of focus on blaming, people constantly try to screw others just to be in the good books of the management > a lot of micro-management > no work life balance > weak HR, which has no say in any of these matters > Avoid at all costs
