      Pros

      Week off during Christmas time. There are no other pros to list, at least the paid me (under industry average I should add).

      Cons

      Toxic workplace, workplace bullying and cliques abound. I had a horrible experience at this company, too many remote workers, my advice is to avoid this company.

      Organization allows all employees to work from home and also provides employees with the choice of working a standard 5 day work work or a 4 day work week.
