Pros

Good pay, good frontline leadership, work-life balance is great. Culture is good among the frontline teams.

Cons

SVP and C-Level leadership lead with fear. They ask for open feedback but if you don't agree with their point of view, then you are in trouble. Leadership is military based, 'if we don't hit our number we will have to fire people' mentality. -- Not a scalable form of leadership. Almost 50% of Sales Reps who attended Club have quit. Writing is on the wall as the company becomes more toxic.

Pros

Wonderful Front Line Managers and SVPs in the GTM Organization. Genuinely good, talented people at the IC and Mid - Sr. Management level.

Cons

PE playbook involves slashing headcount and resources while doubling or tripling job responsibilities. Cutting benefits. Redesigning a comp plan to pay as little as possible. OTEs are a fantasy. All those good, talented people are now broken spirits half in the game. Understandably, no one is going above and beyond when it's not rewarded.
