Pros

- Strong product, Category leader - Ongoing product innovation - Big market opportunity and lots of growth ahead for the company - Core values are real

Cons

Like the headline says: HIGH pressure environment but low pay (unless you’re new). Pay is not good for anyone who has been there more than 2 years. New hires at the same title and level of experience are making $30-$40k more than their peers. It’s shameful.

Hi Lofter, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. At Salesloft, we take compensation very seriously, as it is an important element to attracting and retaining great talent. We are committed to providing fair and equitable compensation package to all of our employees, and we regularly review practices with department leaders to ensure that we remain competitive. We are vigilant about maintaining internal pay equity, and regularly review our practices within the People Team, ELT, and have used external auditors to ensure we are paying equitably and fairly. While I am proud of the work that our team has done to remain fair and transparent in our compensation practices, it sounds like there is more to learn about your situation. I’d welcome the opportunity to meet with you and better understand how we can support you. Please ping me to set up time (katie.cox@salesloft.com). -Katie Cox VP, People

Pros

Wonderful Front Line Managers and SVPs in the GTM Organization. Genuinely good, talented people at the IC and Mid - Sr. Management level.

Cons

PE playbook involves slashing headcount and resources while doubling or tripling job responsibilities. Cutting benefits. Redesigning a comp plan to pay as little as possible. OTEs are a fantasy. All those good, talented people are now broken spirits half in the game. Understandably, no one is going above and beyond when it's not rewarded.
