I've noticed that when I look back over my career, there are companies that I enjoy discussing what I did and companies that I enjoy discussing what WE did. SalesHood is the kind of organization that you will talk about in both ways because what we do makes a difference to our customers and what you will do makes a difference in the company.
Cons
It's been said before, but typical with startups - processes are lacking, YOU are building the process. I've never been told no, but you are conscious of your impact to other programs/projects when resources are needed.
