Pros
This company has no pros. Join only if you have no food or shelter and start looking for another job from day 1. While working you would be forced to work 16-18 hours as they tell you their is no fixed office timing and will always keep you overloaded with work. Even after this you will be daily treated by your manager with abuse and threats. Also, they may reduce your salary after joining much lower than what was offered. Only advise- stay away, there are thousands of companies to work for and work like a human is supposed to work.
Cons
If you are awake, they take it for granted you would be available for work. Inhuman and abusive managers. For Salesduo- promises are meant to be broken even if they have made that in written on your offer letter. A lot more. I am writing in detai as I really empathise with job seekers who get into such traps. You may be fired any time.
