Pros
The training! They provide you with some awesome customer service techniques that work not just for the job but in life as well. Everything you need to know about the job they go through during training extensively and in great detail. I love going to different communities and sharing advice and tips with the leasing team and seeing them grow not only as a team, but as a person. The traveling!! You get to go to some amazing places and the company pays for you to fly there. They literally pay for everything other than personal items you buy for yourself. Being sent to a new city/state every couple of months is amazing and allows you to see and try different things, especially food. Seeing the impact you can make on people working in the office of the community you're located at is very inspiring. Staying professional and being confident in your abilities as a Sales Inc. employee will rub off on the few "bad apples" and you can definitely notice and see the difference you can make on someone. Management is great. They're always available when I need help or have questions. They check up on me often to make sure I'm comfortable and that everything is going smoothly. They make sure they handle any issues that you may have in a timely manner. The pay is GREAT! I'm currently paying off a few things with enough left over to live comfortably. If your life permits, you can save a LOT of money.
Cons
The time spent away. It is only a downside if you have attachments such as a family or maybe even a pet you can't separate from. I have a boyfriend and it was hard in the beginning but after some time it got a lot easier being away from him for so long. The paperwork really isn't a downside but it can be somewhat stressful when you're having a busy and hectic day and there's a timeframe of when it needs to be done and turned in but if you do what you're supposed to do when it is supposed to be done then you don't have to worry about rushing to get it done.
